A set of 2 iconic ‘Barcelona’ Chairs in natural aniline leather. Designed by Mies Van der Rohe for the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition. The chairs are an early edition produced by Knoll International in Germany in late 50’s / early 60’s. The frames of the chairs are made of chrome plated steel with the leather straps fixed by screws instead of rivets. The cushions have the original leather upholstery showing heavy signs of use but with a beautiful patina which comes with the age. The chairs are in overall good used condition as presented in pictures.specifications
