A first edition 'Alfa' desk lamp, designed in 1959 by Sergio Mazza for Artemide. The lamp has a solid wooden base, holding a nickel-plated metal frame and a thick glass lampshade. When lit, the lamp provides a direct, warm and diffuse light. It holds two E14 bulb sockets.This item remains in very good, original vintage condition, showing minimal traces of wear.
