Coffee Table with marble top

A mid-century coffee table with a marble top. The table belonged to an interior designed by Belgian architect Jul de Roover (1913-2010). It consists of a black lacquered steel base and a marble top with beautiful grain.
The table remains in original vintage condition, with the marble top containing some barely visible stains and scratches, as well as a chip on the bottom corner.
