A beautiful desk lamp designed in the late 1940's by Lisa Johansson-Pape, also known as the 'Senator'. Manufactured by ORNO in the 1950's. The lamp has a satin black metal shade which is held by a white acrylic shade on the inside. The base consists of a brass foot and bulb holder, with the stem wrapped in its original brown leather. The manufacturing label is present on the inside of the shade. As shown on the pictures, the lamp in a used condition with quite some traces of wear (could be restored upon request).
