A Magneto floor lamp

description

A 'Magneto' floor lamp designed by H.Fillekes for Artiforte.  It was only produced from 1954 to 1958. The lamp has a metal tripod foot which has a strong magnet integrated in the top. The steel ball from the arm is attached to the magnet, but allows the arm to be freely positioned. The materials used are black lacquered steel, and nickel plated steel for the arm. The lamp is in original condition with minor wear from usage.
