A set of 2 'CH33' Dining Chairs in oak - Hans J. Wegner
sold
description
Set of two CH33 Dining-room chairs, designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1957 and manufactured by Carl Hansen & Søn, Denmark. The chairs are made of soap treated oak, both solid and veneered, with tapered legs at both ends.
This dining chair was made in the Danish Modern style, which Wegner helped to create. An elegance is achieved in its design thanks to its inclined legs which creates a conical shape to the design. The back support is a reference to the support of the Round Chair and the Tripartite Shell Chair.
They have been slightly restored, thus remain in very good condition.
Note : Price is per piece, we have 2 available.
