Set of 3 CH33 Chairs

A set of three CH33 dining chairs, designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1957 and manufactured by Carl Hansen & Søn, Denmark.

The chairs are made of soap-treated oak, both solid wood and veneer, with tapered legs at both ends. This dining chair was made in the Danish Modern style, which Wegner helped to create. Its design is elegant thanks to its angled legs, which give it a conical shape. The backrest support is reminiscent of the support found on the Round Chair and the Tripartite Shell Chair. They have been lightly restored and are therefore in very good condition.
