Side Table / Stool in Solid Pine

A side table or stool in solid pine designed by Ate van Apeldoorn and manufactured in his own wood workshop, Houtwerk Hattem, in the Netherlands.

The side table has visible joint connections between the wooden pieces, a recurring element in van Apeldoorn’s designs.  Ate van Apeldoorn is known for his simple designs, preferring functionality over anything else. He was known for his attention to detail and craftmanship.

The side table remains in good condition and has acquired a beautiful patina throughout the years.
