A 'Diplomat' writing desk in teak designed by Finn Juhl in 1958. Made by Cado in Denmark. Clean outer lines with subtle classic details make this desk a timeless piece. The desk has a 'hanging' volume, with seemingly floating chests of drawers on both sides. The sculptural handles are made of polished aluminum. The drawers have wooden dividers and a lock with key on both sides. The desk is unrestored, and remains in a nearly perfect condition. There is a light color difference where a desk pad used to be. Furthermore normal traces of wear as shown in the pictures.
